Plain-language summary

This policy is written for business operators who need a clear view of what data enters Billions+, how the platform uses it, when it moves to providers or integrations, and what controls remain with the business owner.

01

Introduction

Billions+ is a business operating system designed to help companies manage storefronts, catalogs, customer conversations, orders, automations, and AI-assisted sales workflows from one operating layer. This Privacy Policy explains how information moves through that operating layer and how we protect the people and businesses connected to it.

This document is intentionally detailed because business software touches many kinds of operational data. It applies when you visit our website, create or use a Billions+ account, invite team members, connect channels, configure automations, communicate with customers, or otherwise use the platform.

02

Information We Collect

2.1 Account and business data

We collect account and business information needed to create, secure, administer, and support a workspace. This can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, business profile details, team roles, authentication metadata, billing identifiers, plan information, support messages, and administrative preferences.

2.2 Product, storefront, and order data

When a business uses Billions+, the platform may process product catalogs, pricing, inventory signals, media, storefront settings, fulfillment configuration, order details, customer notes, delivery details, and payment-status metadata. This information is used to operate the business workflows the account owner configures.

2.3 Customer and conversation data

Connected channels and AI-assisted workflows may process customer messages, contact identifiers, conversation history, order requests, product questions, support issues, and other information customers choose to provide to the business. Billions+ processes this information to help the business respond, sell, support, and fulfill.

2.4 Technical and usage data

We collect logs and technical data such as device information, browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from technical signals, session events, error reports, diagnostics, integration status, security events, and usage patterns. This helps us protect the service, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and understand how features perform.

03

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, maintain accounts, authenticate users, power storefront and order operations, operate connected integrations, support AI-assisted workflows, respond to support requests, process billing, improve product quality, detect abuse, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Operate core business workflows including catalogs, storefronts, customer routing, order intake, and operational notifications.
  • Secure the platform through authentication, access controls, abuse detection, logging, monitoring, and incident investigation.
  • Provide customer support, diagnose reliability issues, recover failed workflows, and maintain service continuity.
  • Improve product performance, usability, automation quality, and workflow reliability using aggregated or de-identified product analytics where appropriate.

We do not sell customer personal information. We also do not use one business customer’s customer data to train models for other businesses unless a separate agreement or explicit permission allows it.

04

AI-Assisted Workflows

Billions+ may use AI features to draft responses, classify inquiries, recommend workflow actions, summarize business activity, assist with product discovery, or operate sales and support workflows configured by the business. AI outputs are based on workspace configuration, connected data, and the instructions set by the account owner.

Business owners remain responsible for configuring rules, reviewing sensitive workflows, maintaining accurate product information, and ensuring customer promises can be fulfilled. We design AI-assisted workflows to support operations, not to remove accountability for commercial decisions.

  • AI features may process customer messages, product details, order context, and business instructions to generate relevant outputs.
  • Sensitive operational actions may be logged for reliability, auditability, abuse prevention, and support.
  • Where practical, we use controls designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of customer data and separate one workspace’s data from another.
05

How We Share Information

We share information only when necessary to provide, secure, improve, or legally operate the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose customer data for unrelated advertising use.

  • Service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, deliver email or messages, store files, monitor performance, support analytics, or help us provide customer support.
  • Connected integrations selected by the business, including communication, commerce, payment, fulfillment, or analytics services required to complete configured workflows.
  • Team members and administrators inside a workspace according to the permissions configured by the business.
  • Authorities, courts, regulators, or third parties when required by law, legal process, safety obligations, fraud prevention, or protection of rights and platform integrity.

When a business connects a third-party channel or integration, data shared with that third party is also governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. Business owners should review those practices before connecting services.

06

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and preserve security logs. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, the account’s configuration, legal requirements, and operational needs.

When a workspace is closed or deletion is requested, Billions+ deletes or anonymizes data within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons. Backup and disaster-recovery copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten according to normal retention cycles.

07

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Requests can be made through account controls or by contacting us at the address listed below.

For customer data processed inside a business workspace, the business is generally responsible for responding to its own customers. Billions+ will provide reasonable tools or assistance where the request requires action by the platform.

  • Account owners can update business profile information, manage team access, configure integrations, and request deletion of a workspace.
  • Team members can manage account details and request correction or deletion where applicable.
  • Customers of a business using Billions+ should normally contact that business first, because the business controls the customer relationship and the purpose of processing.
08

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Security measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, audit logging, environment separation, monitoring, secure development practices, and internal review.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We treat security as an ongoing operating discipline and review controls as the product, infrastructure, threat landscape, and customer usage patterns evolve.

09

International Transfers

Billions+ may process and store information in countries where we, our infrastructure providers, or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where a user or business is located.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual commitments, transfer assessments, or other lawful mechanisms designed to protect personal information.

10

Children and Restricted Use

Billions+ is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Businesses using the platform should not knowingly collect personal information from children through Billions+ unless they have the legal authority and safeguards required to do so.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Billions+ evolves, as new features are released, or as legal and operational requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by the latest update date and, where appropriate, by notice in the product or by email.

Continued use of the service after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to future use of Billions+. Previous versions may be retained internally for recordkeeping and compliance purposes.
