Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Billions+, including the website, dashboard, storefront tools, catalog management, connected channels, order workflows, automations, AI-assisted sales features, and related services. By creating an account, using the service, or allowing someone to use it on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Billions+ for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, references to you include the organization, account owner, administrators, team members, and anyone using the service under that account.

2.1 Account accuracy

You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information and keep it current. We may use this information to verify the account, provide support, send operational notices, process billing, and maintain platform security.

2.2 Team access

You are responsible for team members, collaborators, contractors, and other users invited into your workspace. Administrators should assign appropriate roles, remove access when no longer needed, and ensure users follow these Terms.

2.3 Credentials and security

You are responsible for protecting credentials, devices, API keys, integration tokens, and connected accounts. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of the platform.

Billions+ may be used to operate business workflows, manage storefronts, maintain catalogs, communicate with customers, coordinate orders, configure automations, and use AI-assisted tools to support sales and support operations.

• Do not use the service to sell illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited goods or services.
• Do not send spam, abusive, misleading, harassing, unlawful, or unauthorized communications through connected channels.
• Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, access controls, rate limits, or integration restrictions.
• Do not interfere with, overload, scan, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, unlawful data, or content that violates third-party rights, privacy, or intellectual-property interests.

We may monitor usage patterns, platform events, and operational signals to protect the service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

You retain ownership of business content, product information, media, customer data, order records, instructions, and other materials you submit to Billions+. You grant Billions+ the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, transform, and secure that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and rights associated with your business content. This includes product descriptions, pricing, availability, claims, images, promotions, customer communications, policies, and fulfillment promises.

AI features may help draft messages, classify customer intent, suggest products, summarize operations, route requests, or trigger configured workflows. AI-assisted outputs depend on your content, settings, instructions, connected integrations, and the context available to the platform at the time of use.

• You are responsible for reviewing critical workflows, maintaining accurate business data, and configuring rules that match your business policies.
• You should not rely on AI outputs as legal, financial, medical, safety, or regulated professional advice.
• You must not use AI features to deceive customers, impersonate people, violate laws, or make commitments your business cannot fulfill.
• We may log AI workflow events for debugging, abuse prevention, quality control, and operational reliability.

Billions+ may improve AI-assisted product behavior using aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified signals, and will not use one business customer’s customer data to train models for other businesses without appropriate permission or agreement.

Some features may be free, metered, usage-based, or available only on paid plans. Plan details, limits, billing cycles, taxes, payment methods, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in account settings.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in an order form, fees are non-refundable. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and usage charges. Failure to pay may result in downgraded access, suspension, or termination.

We may change pricing, plan packaging, limits, or billing terms. Where a change materially affects an active paid account, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

Billions+ can connect to third-party services such as messaging channels, payment providers, commerce tools, analytics platforms, hosting providers, and fulfillment systems. You choose which integrations to connect and are responsible for complying with their terms.

Third-party services may process data outside Billions+. We are not responsible for third-party products, outages, pricing, policies, or data practices, except where a provider acts as our service provider under our control and contract.

We work to keep Billions+ reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, infrastructure issues, security events, or changes required to improve the product.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features may change quickly, contain defects, have limited support, or be removed. They are provided for evaluation and may not be appropriate for production-critical workflows unless we say otherwise.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk for other users, harm platform integrity, violate law, or use the service in a way that exposes Billions+ to unacceptable operational or legal risk.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. We may delete or retain data according to the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, legal requirements, backup cycles, and any applicable order form.

Billions+ and its software, design, documentation, trademarks, APIs, workflows, models, systems, and related intellectual property are owned by Billions+ or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Billions+ intellectual property to you.

Feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvement requests may be used by Billions+ without restriction or obligation, provided we do not disclose your confidential business information in doing so.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billions+ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or suitable for every business use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billions+ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the product, legal environment, or business model evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the latest update date and, where appropriate, through notice in the product or by email.

Continued use of Billions+ after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms for future use of the service.
