Delete your account

Permanently remove your Billions+ account after reviewing what will happen to every business you own.

Watch the complete deletion flow: review the business consequence, confirm your username, and return to Login.

Before you start

Account deletion is permanent. If you own a business with active members, Billions+ transfers ownership to its first member. A business without an active member is permanently deleted with its products and orders.

Open Account settings

From the business dashboard, open Account menu in the top-right corner and select User profile.

Review the Danger zone

Select Danger, then read the consequence shown for your account and owned businesses.

Open the confirmation dialog

If you accept the displayed consequences, select Delete account. This opens a final confirmation dialog and does not delete anything yet.

Enter your username

Read the dialog carefully. Type the exact username shown in the confirmation field; this enables the final deletion button.

Confirm deletion

Check the final button label before selecting it. The label states whether Billions+ will only delete the account, also delete one or more businesses, transfer ownership, or perform a combination of transfers and deletions.

Select the final deletion button only when you are ready to permanently apply every consequence listed in the dialog.

What happens next

Billions+ permanently deletes the account, applies the listed transfer or business-deletion actions, signs you out, and opens Login.
