Invite members and accept an invitation

Invite a teammate from Members, then have them accept the invitation to join the business.

Watch an owner send a member invitation and the invited teammate accept it.

Before you start

Only the business owner can manage members. Confirm that the intended business is selected before sending the invitation.

Open Members

Select Settings in the dashboard sidebar, then select Members.

Send the invitation

Enter the teammate’s email address or username in [email protected] or username.
Select Invite.

Check invitation status

The teammate appears in the member list. Waiting means the email address does not yet belong to a Billions+ account; Pending means an existing account still needs to accept.

Accept the invitation

The teammate signs in, opens Team invitations, and selects Accept beside the business. Decline rejects the invitation instead.

What happens next

Billions+ opens the business dashboard for the new member. The business is now available from their business switcher.
