Update account information

Open Account settings to change how you appear in Billions+ or update your sign-in details.

Watch how to open Account settings, update your profile, save it, and review your sign-in details.

Before you start

Account settings belong to you, not to the selected business. Use the business Settings page for business-level details.

Open the account menu

From any business dashboard page, select Account menu in the top-right corner.

Open User profile

In the account menu, select User profile.

Edit your profile details

On the Profile tab, you can replace your avatar and change Display name, Bio, or Gender. Only edit the fields you want to update.

Save your changes

Review the updated values, then select Save changes. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving the page.

Update sign-in details

To change your username or email address, open the Account tab. Your email is used for sign-in and account notifications, so complete any verification step shown after a change.
